VignificationBled rosé, maceration at 15°C for 36 hours before bleeding, cold settling at 8°C for 24 hours, slow alcoholic fermentation at 17°C, alcoholic fermentation stopped by cold before racking, chilling at 10°C for 2-3 weeks, vat aging on fine lees for 3 months.

TastingThis redcurrant-coloured rosé has fragrances of white flowers and apricots. In the mouth it expresses sweetness, sugar and peach flavours. To be drunk cool (12°C) as an apéritif, with grilled meat, pizza and tapas, but it also goes well with dessert, with fruit salad or cake.
