| Tasting | Brilliant, deep purple tint with black violet edges, this fine, elegant wine reveals a bouquet that combines dark berry fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), and vanilla notes. Full-bodied and rich, along with the fruit we perceive woody and roasted flavours ending with delicate soft tannins. Cellarable, this wine is also remarkable when young. It goes well with cured hams, full-bodied red meats and game, as well as spicy dishes and strong cheeses. |
