| Tasting | Bright, intense ebony colour with dark violet glints, this pure and complex wine is made up of multiple ranges of dark berry fruits (blackberry, blueberry), spices (pepper, vanilla) and wood (roasted, liquorice). The fruity and woody aromas combine in a perfect balance, accompanied by smooth tannins. Its rich and powerful structure gives it great cellar potential. It goes perfectly with game pâté, leg of lamb, stews, ceps and strong cheeses. |
